The latest ‘Dirt Driver Special Build’ was manufactured to clean the legs on North Sea Oil Platforms before structure safety inspections.
On site the machine will be connected to a cleaning spray bar with multiple nozzles. This bar works up and down the length of the legs cleaning under water, saving the need for divers to manually carry out the task.
It was designed as a Skid Mounted Diesel Driven Cold Washer operating at 150 Bar at 61 LPM – fitted with a 4 Cylinder Kubota Slow Speed Engine – Belt Driven – and for safety reasons included 2 Blow Off Valves, a Spark Arrested Exhaust and a Chalwyn Anti Blow-Back Valve.
